Learning and Development are looking to recruit a highly motivated person that holds or is willing to work towards a recognised Learning and Development qualification at level 5.
The Learning and Development department is a friendly team of exceptional and highly motivated L&D professionals, who contribute to the Force vision to deliver an outstanding service that we can all be proud of.
As a trainer in core skills, you will support the delivery and aims of the Learning and Development department by designing and delivering a range of high-quality and impactful training products to student officers, officers, and staff.
You join us at an exciting and rewarding time as the force implements new learning programmes in core skills and professional development including the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship and the Police Constable Entry programme. You will play a significant role in developing the workforce to deliver our force priorities and the highest of standards.
