Administrator - 12-Month FTC\n\n📍 London - West End\n 💰 £26,000 - £27,000\n 🖥️ Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 from home)\n\nOur client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support their Asset Management team. This role requires someone confident in handling client and third-party interactions, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.\n\nYou'll be based near Holborn station for your office days, working in a professional and fast-paced environment. While legal administrative experience would be beneficial, it is not essential-what's most important is strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAct as the first point of contact for client and third-party inquiries.\nLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally.\nProvide comprehensive administrative support across a portfolio of properties.\nEnsure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate records.\nPrepare reports and documentation with a high level of accuracy.\nIdentify and escalate concerns to the appropriate teams, following through to resolution.
