To be a key driver in delivering Plant Availability by improving and maintaining processes and equipment, which creates a workplace fit for purpose and an operational platform which meets current and future strategic business needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute a culture of Continuous Improvement & Safe Working.
Follow Safe Systems Of Work.
Completing equipment planned maintenance activities on time and in a safe manner.
Develop and continuously improve planned maintenance systems and tasks.
Working closely with Operational Leadership to identify equipment risks and solutions.
Working closely with Team Leaders to help improve equipment availability.
Identify and implement reliability improvements.
Liaising professionally with external suppliers, OEM’s and contractors.
Communicate well with colleagues in all areas of the business and highlight issues to management teams.
Assist with investigations into reliability improvements.
Be proactive in keeping up to date with developments affecting your role.
