1st/2nd Line Support Engineer Up to £32k Hook, Hampshire middle is partnered exclusively with a fast-growing MSP (IT Consultancy) based in Hook to find a new 2nd Line Engineer The business has been operating for 18 months and are continuously growing with new clients being onboarded every week. They are backed by a larger group entity but feel like a start-up environment, ideal for someone looking for more autonomy with an MSP. The Role: You will be customer facing to educate and onboard the technical side of the client process (not doing sales), whilst supporting the service desk with 1st/2nd line tickets. Ideal Skills: Networking experience - Routers, Switches and Connectivity. Previous MSP experience is ideal. If not, you'd be comfortable on a busy service desk to quickly resolve tickets. Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments. O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience. Good understand of documentation.
