1st/2nd Line Support Engineer

middle is partnered exclusively with a fast-growing MSP (IT Consultancy) based in Hook to find a new 2nd Line Engineer! The business has been operating for 18 months and are continuously growing with new clients being onboarded every week. They are backed by a larger group entity but feel like a start-up environment, ideal for someone looking for more autonomy with an MSP.
The Role:
You will be customer facing to educate and onboard the technical side of the client process (not doing sales!), whilst supporting the service desk with 1st/2nd line tickets.
Ideal Skills:
1. Networking experience - Routers, Switches and Connectivity.
2. Previous MSP experience is ideal. If not, you'd be comfortable on a busy service desk to quickly resolve tickets.
3. Proficient experience within Windows and Mac environments.
4. O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience.
5. Good understand of documentation.
6. Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
