We support our team members to reach their full potential in an inclusive environment that values diversity.The RoleThe Aftersales & Parts Coordinator will support the Aftersales & Parts Manager in the smooth running of the workshop, stores and parts logistics. Main duties and responsibilities include:Offloading of deliveries.Booking in of deliveries and assemblies.Inputting deliveries onto system.Help with machine loading and movements.Sorting and taking a lead role with recycling.Sorting and putting parts onto allocated racking.Helping with Health and safety tasks.Planning and implementation of stock takes and audits.Help with product presentation during commissioning and FAT of machines.Prep of commissioning materials ready for machine running.Collating, packing and sending out of parts.Assisting with Parts enquiriesBooking of Transport, Logistics and shipments through chosen Couriers.Stock taking and ordering of consumables.Point of contact for Field based Service Engineers.Assisting with Parts enquiriesManual Handling assessmentsPPE & Uniform stock managementKeep workshop clean and tidy.General jobs around the workshop and office.What We OfferCompetitive salary & benefits, including annual leave, pension, and a Cycle to Work schemeOngoing training and development opportunities24/7 confidential support for you and your familyFlexible working options and family-friendly policiesGuaranteed interview for candidates meeting essential criteria (Disability Confident Employer)Ready to make an impact?
