We are looking for a Compliance Engineer to join our team in Sheffield. Reporting to the Compliance, Improvement and HSE Manager, you will ensure compliance with established and applicable Integrated Management System (IMS) standards and legal requirements, including specifications, policies, standards, and principles, to achieve ITI Group's compliance and projects objectives. Salary: Up to £32,000, depending upon skills and experience. You will: Ensure policies and procedures required for the Integrated Management System are reviewed, updated, implemented and maintained. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with business standards. Identify any discrepancies or recurrent issues with project, services processes and working to resolve them. Ensure that project, product and services arrangements meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Train staff on Integrated Management System processes and advocating for continuous improvement. Communicate and collaborate with project leads, engineers and CCI Team to resolve issues. Review project and services documentations, monitoring and conducting quality, Information Security and Safety inspections required for project delivery, services and operational processes. Ensure that the quality, Information Security and safety standards of products and services are upheld and meeting business expectations. Perform root cause analysis on project failures and defects and report findings to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the project development team to ensure the design and implementation of comprehensive quality standards and checks. Manage quality, compliance and IS document control process. Assist with any other duties reasonably requested and in line with the requirements of the post. Successfully identify and complete all relevant training both in-house and external, as required. We are looking for: Experience and Knowledge Experience working as a Compliance Engineer within manufacturing and services environment and projects Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools and lean methodologies Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications A -Level or equivalent.
