Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns. Oversee all records to ensure the home's administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Continuously monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
