Strategic Account Manager
QTM provide IT Consultancy services across the SDLC, specialising in QA, helping complex enterprise to deliver systems of exceptional quality to their customers.
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to play a critical role in building on existing relationships with our clients as well as identify new opportunities
Our ideal candidate is a highly experienced testing professional who has the desire to step into a more client facing / account management role. Can walk new and existing clients through our solutions, best practices and to play an integral part in the growth and success of our business.
So, if you have an exceptional track record in leading large testing initiatives, understanding and explaining complex and technical concepts via excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts within the software testing sector, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
Bespoke Business Planning: Develop and execute tailored business plans that align with both QTM’s and our clients' objectives, emphasising tailored and innovative testing solutions.
Forecasting: Conduct detailed account forecasting to predict future revenue, identify potential growth areas, and align resources accordingly. Utilise forecasting to inform strategic decision-making and target setting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (including the testing, operational, customer service and the executive teams) to ensure a cohesive approach to account management. Using your experience and knowledge to contribute to any bid work to win new business
Client Relationship and Value Addition: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing innovative, tailored solutions and continuous improvements in the testing world.
Who You Are:
Experienced Professional: Proven Senior Test Consultant with a minimum of 10 years’ experience at that level.
Market Insight: Strong knowledge of the software testing market and its challenges, with an ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
Communication Expert: Exceptional face-to-face and written communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across various business areas both internally and externally.
Self-Starter: Independent, with strong planning and organisational skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness. HubSpot knowledge preferable.
