Job Description
The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Taking orders via phone and email
* Entering the orders accurately on SAP
* Arranging and scheduling deliveries with clients
* Assisting with queries on tracking orders and logistics
* Ensuring delivery and processing goes well and without issue
* Answering any complaints, problems, and queries relating to products and orders
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
* Have worked in an order processing role before
* Have good customer service skills
* Have ideally used SAP
* Live in and around the Weybridge area
