About Brovanture
Brovanture are the leading provider of Oracle EPM solutions in the UK. We help our clients build, maintain, and improve their Oracle Cloud systems for their financial planning, budgeting and reporting needs.
A typical Oracle EPM implementation will involve:
* Building the database structure needed to store all the client’s financial information.
* Working with the client to recreate their reports and processes within the Oracle system.
* Use the additional functionality available within Oracle to enhance their planning and budgeting capabilities.
* Support their full end-to-end process once complete, building in additional functionality upon request.
Who we are

Our Graduate Programme
The initial induction of our graduate programme will consist of learning the software under a dedicated mentor, many of whom have been through the graduate programme themselves.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing our Graduate Training Programme and achieving an Oracle EPM Certification.
* Supporting existing clients by taking calls and emails to help fix issues as they arise.
* Building and presenting training courses to our clients on request.
* Requirements gathering from clients to understand possible new additions to their system.
* Building new capability into existing client systems.
* Shadowing other consultants work as they build brand new applications.
As you improve in skill and ability, more of your time will be dedicated to working with other consultants on new projects with the goal for you to become a full-time consultant.
What we are looking for
* Clear communicators to develop client relationships. It’s important that you can clearly discuss the different solutions available to the client, prevent confusion and ensure the result meets the client’s needs and expectations.
* Confident and keen problem solvers.,As a consultant, you will be leading and coordinating system changes, fixes, additions and enhancements. It is important that our consultants are not only confident speaking to clients but also in the solutions they recommend.
Requirements
* Open to final year undergraduate, master's level students and recent alumni
* Must have right to work in the UK from the start date
* Basic Excel experience
* Minimum 2:1 in undergraduate degree (or expected 2:1 for final year students)
* Mathematics or technology-related degree preferred
* Available to travel to client sites when required (We’re primarily based in our Guildford office, however sometimes we can be called to client sites, most of which are in and around London)
