Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water systems. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues proactively. Diagnose faults and efficiently carry out repairs to prevent service interruptions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards on all jobs. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including risk assessments and maintenance logs. Collaborate with clients and team members, providing technical advice and support as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber, preferably in a commercial setting. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Full UK driving license.
