Position Title: HR Business Partner
Location: UK virtual - ideally based in the midlands due to frequent travel to the North and South of England
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support up to 400 employees across multiple UK locations. This role drives HR initiatives, ensures legal compliance, and provides expert guidance on employee relations. The ideal candidate excels in HR analytics, multitasking, and strategic collaboration with leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations.
* Conduct thorough investigations and resolve complex employee and labour relations issues.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and company policies.
* Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Collaborate with HR teams in recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits to optimize workforce programs.
* Facilitate key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, and exit interviews.
* Support talent planning and employee development initiatives.
* Drive change management efforts and workforce planning strategies.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong expertise in UK employment law.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and build trust quickly.
* Excellent communication skills, both virtual and in-person.
* Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
* Proven ability to collaborate and achieve consensus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
