Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team, working with 3-year-olds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of 3-year-olds.
* Support children with SEN, ensuring that individual learning plans are followed and adapted as necessary.
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to provide the best possible care and education for each child.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
* Experience working with young children, particularly those with SEN.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring and patient nature, with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
