Role Specification: You will provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times, undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required. You will assist in the delivery of all aspects of the food and beverage service to our guests, in all areas of the spa. You will be able to answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner. To be able to run a section in any restaurant across the business at any given dining time, including Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner. To Keep front and back of house areas clean, tidy and set up for any function in line with BEOs and to comply with all closedown and setup procedures. Personal Specification: Essentials Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Good understanding of food hygiene and quality standards. Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desirables Experience with large volume covers. Food Safety Training. Shift Pattern: Zero-hour contract Part-time role (3 days a week) Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
