Quality Systems Specialist – Documentation & Compliance (Food Industry, BRC) – 6-Month Fixed Term Contract JS Recruitment are partnering with a leading organisation in the food and beverage sector to recruit a Quality Systems Specialist – Documentation & Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional with strong knowledge of BRC standards and a proactive approach to documentation management. In this key role, you will lead efforts to streamline, standardise, and ensure the compliance of quality and food safety documentation, driving alignment with current BRC requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead the review and rationalisation of Quality and Food Safety documentation to ensure BRC compliance. Conduct comprehensive gap analyses to identify documentation shortfalls against the latest BRC standards. Collaborate with Quality, Technical, and Operational teams to revise and implement updated documentation. Develop a clear, accessible documentation structure using SharePoint as the central platform. Support the rollout, communication, and training of revised procedures and documentation across the business. Champion best practices in documentation control and continuous improvement. Key Requirements: In-depth knowledge of BRC standards and quality management systems within a food manufacturing environment. Proven experience in documentation control and quality compliance. Strong working knowledge of SharePoint or similar document management platforms. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and stakeholder communication skills.
