Cannul8 Ltd is a small but rapidly growing wholesale business in the aesthetics industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and are looking for a driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships and has a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, pitching and closing deals.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote new and existing products.
2. Manage social media channels and become the face of our sales through Instagram, creating engaging content including reels to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
3. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
4. Advise on website content updates, blog posts and other means to improve SEO.
5. Assist and lead on digital marketing efforts including developing lead generation strategies.
6. Monitor and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
7. Work closely with the team to develop marketing strategies for new product launches.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
9. Provide insights and feedback to improve product positioning and sales effectiveness.
Who We’re Looking For
1. Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B wholesale, aesthetics or medical sales (but not essential).
2. Skills: Strong sales ability, excellent communication and negotiation skills - confident in winning new business.
3. Marketing Knowledge: Experience in social media, content creation (incl reels) and campaign execution.
4. Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales and marketing initiatives.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, social media platforms and digital marketing tools, experience using Canva to create ads would be ideal.
6. Results-Driven: Motivated by targets, commissions and business growth.
7. Passion for the aesthetics/beauty industry is a plus.
