About the role The HR Supplier Performance Officer role sits within the HR Supplier Performance Team under HMCTS HR Operation and reports to the HR Supplier Performance Support Manager. The role requires an effective level of support to the HR Supplier Performance Managers and the Head of HR Supplier Performance Team by supporting the assurance of transactional HR Services offered to the wider business ensuring they are performed in an efficient and effective way. As part of the HR Supplier Performance Team, the role also requires you to be communicative and collaborative. With routine commissioning, coordination, and management of reliable, consistent and timely transactional HR services to business users. The role requires you to be pro-active and highly organised. You will have scope to look for opportunities to support the delivery of results in a simpler, more practical way, wherever possible. Your role as the HR Supplier Performance Officer encompasses several key aspects (but not limited to): Responsible for supporting the assurance of transactional HR services offered to the wider business and that they are performed in an efficient and effective way, working with the HR Supplier Performance Team to manage suppliers to deliver to SLA and desired outcomes. Supporting the understanding of business requirements that will improve people related transactional services, working with HR Supplier Performance Managers to actively talk to business leaders about the service they receive and how it can be developed. Supporting the commissioning of transactional services that meet these requirements, working with teams that deliver these services to identify improvements and deliver them for HMCTS. Supporting the working relationship with MoJ, SSCL, and other 3rd party HR suppliers, to coordinate and manage these transactional services to ensure they are reliable, timely and consistent and match the expectations of customers. Ensure that suppliers are measured against expected outcomes, that they are aware of their opportunities to improve service and that future procurement exercises benefit from this intelligence. Work with and support HR Supplier Performance colleagues to improve service delivery across HR, delivering projects and initiatives to drive improved effectiveness. Who are we looking for? (Person Specification) The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate: Essential Excellent relationship management skills, demonstrating the highest standards and leading by example, with a strong customer focus. Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills, including excellent team working skills; supporting others whilst managing uncertainty and ambiguity. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and execute activities in specified timescales without compromising quality and demonstrate resilience to overcome difficulties. Desirable Good Excel skills and an ability to work confidently with data, such as data collation and examining themes and trends. Further details This is a national role; however occasional travel will be required for team meetings and collaboration as required.
