Veolia Water Technologies is a world leader in water treatment, providing complete solutions for water treatment with a focus on sustainability and resource recovery. We are experts in water and are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in High Wycombe on a fixed-term contract until January 2026.
Position Details:
* Based in our High Wycombe Office with hybrid working (3 days in office)
* Full-time, 37 hours per week
* 25 days annual leave, bank holidays (pro-rated), your birthday off, pension scheme, and benefits platform

Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support for recruitment processes
* Managing job postings across platforms
* Sourcing and screening candidates
* Scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases
* Supporting hiring managers and enhancing candidate experience
Candidate Profile:
* Proactive self-starter, confident working independently and in teams
* Excellent administrative, coordination, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multitasking
* Experience with recruitment and applicant tracking systems
* Strong IT skills and quick learner of new systems
