We are excited to invite applications for the position of HR & Payroll Coordinator within our Shared Service Team at our Belfast Service Centre (BT3 9JQ). In this pivotal role, you will manage key HR and Time & Attendance functions, ensuring our team members receive accurate and timely payments. You will also maintain essential employee data and provide expert advice on HR policies, contributing to a supportive workplace culture. Principal Accountabilities: Monitor and control overtime, absence, and annual leave Calculate and control sickness absence payments Assist in onboarding new hires and managing leaver payments Process payroll data changes and verify payroll runs Maintain employee data security and respond to data requests Provide backup support and handle DSARS Produce labour cost reports and payroll reports Offer employee relations advice and collaborate with the shared service team.
