About Walkers Wood:
Our Shireliving Extra Care services provide homes for people over 55 years old, who need safety, security and reassurance with a range of care options available to meet their individual needs. Together, we create a warm, engaging environment where everyone feels valued and supported. At Walkers Wood, we have 76 apartments housing tenants with varying needs.
Joining our team at Walkers Wood will mean that you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence through respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests.
In this role as a Night Housing and Care Assistant, along with supporting the residents, you will ensure their safety and security by conducting nightly rounds around the building and preparing for tasks for the following day.
