Receptionist Annual Salary: £28,000 Location: St Albans Job Type: Part-time (4 days a week) We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in St Albans. Day-to-day of the role: Open and scan incoming mail, and manage franking all outgoing mail. Handle Continual Professional Development (CPD) work. Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Greet and deal with visitors in a professional manner. Input archive data and manage the booking of client records in and out of the building. Record client documents ensuring their safekeeping. Maintain meeting rooms tidy and stocked with necessary supplies like pads and pens. Provide refreshments for client meetings and handle general reception duties such as booking couriers and ordering sandwiches. Take responsibility for opening and locking front doors. Assist with general administration within other departments as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-4 years’ experience within a Receptionist/Telephonist role. Educated to GCSE standard. Strong knowledge of MS Suite software and Outlook. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. Desirable: Working knowledge of a switchboard. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Flexibility to work additional hours for holiday/sick cover. High level of personal presentation.
