Receptionist
* Annual Salary: £28,000

* Job Type: Part-time (4 days a week)

Day-to-day of the role:
* Open and scan incoming mail, and manage franking all outgoing mail.
* Handle Continual Professional Development (CPD) work.
* Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
* Greet and deal with visitors in a professional manner.
* Input archive data and manage the booking of client records in and out of the building.
* Record client documents ensuring their safekeeping.
* Maintain meeting rooms tidy and stocked with necessary supplies like pads and pens.
* Provide refreshments for client meetings and handle general reception duties such as booking couriers and ordering sandwiches.
* Take responsibility for opening and locking front doors.
* Assist with general administration within other departments as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-4 years’ experience within a Receptionist/Telephonist role.
* Educated to GCSE standard.
* Strong knowledge of MS Suite software and Outlook.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
* Desirable: Working knowledge of a switchboard.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* Flexibility to work additional hours for holiday/sick cover.
* High level of personal presentation.
