Job Description
As the Payroll Officer you will:
3. Responsible for the delivery of complex payroll, pensions and reconciliations across the Group
4. Work closely with the Payroll Manager to support the development of payroll process improvements, integration and automation's, assist on queries from internal stakeholders and collaborate on ad hoc projects.
5. Input and process HR and payroll data in a timely and accurate manner to ensure continual SLA adherence and resolve and provide advice and guidance on payroll queries from employees, HMRC, and other 3rd parties
6. Calculating a variety of changes to pay including, overtime, weekending, bank holiday rates etc
7. Raising risks, issues and discrepancies in good time and work to find resolutions
8. Ensure all payroll related payments are processed and reported and pension contributions for the various company schemes is uploaded within deadlines.
9. Resolving pay queries and advise of payroll legislation
10. Work with cross-departmental teams, both internally and with the customer, to deliver exceptional service
