Role Overview:
We are currently seeking Employment Law Solicitors to join our clients' dynamic legal teams in multiple locations across the UK. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to work with prestigious law firms and in-house legal departments, advising on a wide range of employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of employment tribunal claims, including workplace grievances, harassment, and discrimination cases, representing Professionals: Doctors, Teachers, etc.
* Advising clients on various employment law issues, including contracts, workplace policies, dismissals, redundancies, and disputes.
* Representing clients in employment tribunals and courts.
* Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and other employment-related documentation.
* Providing strategic advice to clients on compliance with employment legislation.
* Delivering training to HR teams and managers on updates in employment law and best practices.
* Keeping up-to-date with legal developments and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland with expertise in employment law.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK employment legislation and case law.
* Proven experience in handling contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
