Elite Personnel is recruiting for an organised and enthusiastic Conveyancing Assistant to join a respected law firm based in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an interest in property law to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic team environment. The role will involve assisting with residential conveyancing transactions and providing high-quality support to solicitors.

Conveyancing Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Support conveyancers in managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents, including contracts, transfers, and other property-related documentation.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Conduct property searches and review results, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded and filed.
Manage and organise client files, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and comply with confidentiality standards.
Handle administrative duties, including diary management, file management, and document filing.
Conveyancing Assistant Requirements:
A degree in law (LLB or equivalent) is essential or QBE.
Previous experience in conveyancing or property law is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused and professional approach.
Proficiency in legal software and MS Office suite.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
