DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION
Being the Brand Strategist based in our Shanghai headquarters, you will report to the Brand Strategy Director. You will contribute to creating a meaningful and impactful brand through rigorous analytics and inspired creativity. You will actively participate in the development of brand strategies for assigned clients, produce and integrate high-quality end products, develop trust-based relationships with day-to-day client contacts, support cross-department collaboration, and work together with our business team to enable the development of existing and new clients.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT EXCELLENCE │We see beauty in each project: we aim to make every human and enterprise uniquely brilliant and beautiful, how about you?
1. Assist Strategy project leaders to organize project flow, including brand management coordination, brand equity research, brand roadmap development, and relevant qualitative and quantitative research with a great sense of accountability for project methodology and goals, respecting time constraints.
2. Communicate with clients to understand and respond to their needs efficiently.
3. Assist Strategy project leaders to take control of report quality and run final reports to clients.
4. Contribute across multiple projects, working with project leaders on different projects simultaneously through multi-tasking.
5. Coordinate with other departments for cross-department projects.
6. Develop a proactive exploration and optimization of the way of working and methodology.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT │We build journeys with clients, guiding them through unique, various, and exciting projects. Are you ready to build a new journey, too?
1. Collaborate with other teams, including but not limited to BAM (Business and Account Management) to activate existing clients and develop new clients.
2. Proactively participate and contribute to pitch proposals, attending pitch meetings and presentation meetings.
3. Support the Business Department for account management. Communicate with clients during and after project completion to enhance client loyalty.
4. Provide an active contribution to strategy project case building.
THOUGHT LEADERSHIP │You will become a brand expert in tune with the latest state of art in the branding field.
1. Collaborate with the Corporate Branding team to design the optimum strategy for being front of mind for new business target audiences, including optimizing our credentials.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT │You have the opportunity to experience freedom to explore and embark on new territories, shall you take it?
1. Assist in developing/learning and applying innovative methodologies to meet specific goals: Sales Skills, Customer Efficient Communication, Customer Service, etc.

Requirements:
1. Result and customer-oriented.
2. Strong sense of accountability and responsibility with integrity and trust.
3. Ability to progress autonomously and strong learning ability.
4. Cross-cultural sensitivity with proficiency in English as well as Mandarin.
5. Bachelor's degree or above, strong in logical thinking and verbal expression.
6. At least 1-2 years’ work experience in brand strategy research.
7. Quality acumen with attention to detail.
8. Systematic thinking and capacity for abstraction.
