The position offers a good basic salary plus the best commission package in the Sector. It provides an opportunity for consultants to be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process for Medical NHS professionals with further opportunities to work with key accounts and candidates nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish (Full Training provided)
* Resourcing and qualifying suitable candidates
* Communicating effectively with candidates throughout the application process
* Scheduling and conducting interviews/placements
* Liaising with hiring managers, recruiters, and other relevant stakeholders
* Maintaining high levels of service at all times and meeting set deadlines and KPIs
