Your key responsibilities as the Accounts Assistant will include:
1. Assisting with the preparation of financial statements.
2. Processing invoices, expense forms, and payments.
3. Managing the accounts payable and receivable.
4. Reconciling bank statements.
5. Assisting with month-end and year-end financial reports.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
7. Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant, you will require:
8. AAT qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
9. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
10. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
