An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Tax Accountant to join a dynamic team in Chelmsford.
Responsibilities as a Tax Accountant include:
* Support with mentoring and developing the team where necessary, offering guidance on both technical and interpersonal skills
* Prepare corporation tax both in UK and overseas, ensuring filing and payment deadlines are met
* Conduct timely reviews of tax-related balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist the tax provisioning process, assisting the accounting teams during year-end and month end reporting
* Coordinate with UK and international tax advisors, efficiently responding to enquiries
The ideal candidate will have:
* 4 years relevant Tax experience
* Qualified (CTA, ACA or ACCA preferred)
* Some experience in preparing and reviewing VAT returns is desirable
Salary and Benefits:
The client is offering circa £65,000 and offers hybrid work.
