We're searching for a Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with a passion for transforming education for young people with complex needs.
You will be teaching students with a range of complex needs, including Autism, Global Development Delays, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and PMLD.
As part of our dedicated team, you'll design and deliver thematic, sensory-driven lessons that inspire curiosity, foster engagement, and celebrate every success. This is not traditional teaching-it's creative, hands-on, and deeply rewarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver immersive, sensory-rich lessons tailored to each student's individual learning profile.
- Use thematic teaching approaches to make learning experiences engaging and memorable.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to create holistic support plans.
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with students to boost confidence and engagement.
- Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and adapt plans to ensure every learner reaches their potential.

Key requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or a relevant teaching qualification.

- A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting student well-being.
