Brand and Sponsorship Manager
Locations: Salford Quays M50 3SP
12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full-time position: 37.5 hours
Salary: Starting £50,000 with Fixed Term Benefit Allowance

We’re seeking a motivated Brand and Partnership Manager for a 12-month contract. As a guardian for the Bupa brand, you’ll be a key part of the Brand team supporting our sponsorship activity and campaigns. We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for sponsorship who can help ignite our powerful, leading partnerships including our partnership with ParalympicsGB.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Support the development of the sponsorship strategy through customer and brand insight, from identifying opportunities to execution.
2. Oversee day-to-day sponsorship management, coordinating with our partners, creative and media agencies.
3. Manage the brand sponsorship content plan, integrating partner messaging in our paid and owned channels, predominantly social media.
4. Coordinate how sponsorship will sit within wider marketing campaign plans, ensuring alignment and maximizing opportunities.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate our sponsorship with our wide range of customers and our people.
6. Maximize sponsorship rights by working with our activation agency to bring them to life.
7. Monitor campaign and brand tracking performance and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
8. Assist with the development and implementation of brand programmes and campaigns.
9. Ensure brand consistency: Maintain a consistent brand across all marketing channels and initiatives.
10. Act as a brand guardian for internal approvals and be a ‘go-to’ brand and partnership voice within the business.
11. Assist in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
What we require from you. Experience and skills you can bring
1. Passion for putting the customer first and driving brand sponsorships.
2. Experience delivering successful sponsorships, including identification, set-up and execution; maximising content across multiple channels to bring these to life.
3. Proven track record in fostering strong relationships for cross-functional working, demonstrating influencing skills, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
4. Ability to brief stakeholders and external partners, tracking performance and success.
5. Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
6. Social and digital mindset: Expert in developing show-stopping social and content campaigns, from strategy through to delivery.
7. Confident, tenacious relationship builder and problem solver.
8. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
9. Motivated by challenge and solution focused.
10. Proactive and results oriented.
11. High energy and a positive can-do attitude. A challenger, comfortable questioning to innovate and to improve performance.
