Event Manager - 12 month PAYE Contract

The role
The Event Manager role is to deliver industry-leading customer events that increase brand awareness, drive sales pipeline, and ultimately focus on ROI and drive revenue growth.
The role sits in an international Marketing Team with close working relationships with local Marketing teams across regions (UK and Europe). You will collaborate with content experts, Sales, Architecture and product teams, and external agencies to plan, activate and measure events.
Duties:
* Execute and plan multiple small to mid-size (30-100 people) events and several large-size (500-1000 people) in-person and virtual events annually.
* Support all customer events within pre-defined territories by crafting engaging virtual & in-person event experiences.
* Activate Event Requests and input needs, driving effective engagements that meet customer needs and business objectives.
* Lead and run the Go-To-Marketing (GTM) Event Calendar.
* Work closely with the Local Marketing Team to plan, consolidate, and communicate on live, virtual, and on-demand events.
* Program and project management for defined events from cradle to grave.
* Manage success matrix reporting for all events to measure the impact.
* A demand generation approach and lead management knowledge is a must.
* Data and lead management.
* Tagging, tracking, and reporting guidance and process.
* Go-To-Market Event Calendar management.
