Role Overview:
Catalyst is working with a dynamic, PE backed global recruitment firm who are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record in sales training within a recruitment environment. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the sales team by enhancing their skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the recruitment industry.
* Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new and existing sales staff.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales training within a recruitment environment.
* Previous experience as a recruiter is essential.
