£35,000-50,000 plus commission.

Role Overview
As a Strategic Consultant, you will own a portfolio of Significant and Key customers ensuring they get the most value out of our OneHub Benefits product. You'll work alongside the Customer Success Director to provide guidance, advice and consultancy support to customers on everything employee benefits related. As a valued member of the customer team, you will also help identify opportunities for referral to other Benifex solutions. This will cover both new customers being implemented for the first time and existing customers renewing.
Responsibilities
* To own a portfolio of Significant and Key customers.
* Meeting the key target areas of: Growth, Retention, NPS and Customer Engagement.
* To work alongside the Customer Success Director to provide guidance, advice and consultancy support to customers through the Strategy and Success phases of the renewal process and for any large change activity.
* Provides specific advice and guidance to customers pre-renewal on how they can meet their stated objectives using OneHub products and third-party provider offerings.
* To provide insight and thought leadership on the latest developments in the market.
* To be commercially aware and be able to produce any costs required by customers and manage commercial conversations for the relevant areas covered by strategic consultancy.
* Responsible for the completion of the high-level scoping/change document.
* Facilitates detailed requirement gathering sessions between customer and delivery team, where required.
* Responsible for providing ongoing Consultancy advice to customers throughout scheme year and is the first point of contact for all change requests, including the pricing of all change for their customers.
What are we looking for?
Experience:
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits: broad knowledge of the benefits market in general and are able to discuss trends and strategies with customer contacts at all levels including customer stakeholders.
* Consulting experience: whether internally in a company or consulting with customers, you should have a proven ability to understand the business needs and strategy, develop solutions to meet these needs and act as a trusted advisor.
Competencies:
* Communication: Can communicate complex concepts effectively with diverse audiences, tailoring messages to their needs. Can actively listen and provide constructive feedback.
* Commercial Acumen: Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions. Can develop and execute business plans and strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
* Customer Service: Can build rapport with customers and provide a personalized and proactive service. Can handle complex customer issues and escalate them when necessary.
* Organisation Skill: Can manage personal tasks and prioritize work. Can work to timelines and deadlines reliably.
* Problem Solving: Can analyse complex problems, identify root causes, develop creative solutions and implement them effectively.
* Relationship Building: Cultivates effective, long lasting relationships within and outside the organisation. Can network effectively, influence and persuade others.
* Strategic Thinking: Can understand an organization's goals and objectives. Can understand, follow and contribute to team strategies.
* Technical Proficiency: Advise customer on their options and how different employee benefits could apply to their needs.
