Job Title : Relief Night Support Supervisor
Location : St Ronan's Care Home, Innerleithen
Hours : Causal/Relief
Contract: Casual/Relief
Salary* : £ 14.29 - £15.42 per hour /£27.582.77- £29,762.87 pro rata per annum
Qualifications : SVQ 3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
Training : All training is provided.
Requirements: PVG Adults – we will do this for you! SSSC registered.

The Role
This post requires someone with experience of working in a social care setting who is able to lead the team overnight and have responsibility for the delivery of care. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of service users and staff within the building.
This role will involve supporting staff to provide a high standard of care to service users and to be the lead member of staff when dealing with critical unplanned events which involve contacting Out of Hours Managers and/or emergency services.
