Maybe you ve had experience leading teams of people before and want to try something exciting this summer. Our Senior Activity Leaders are well organised, natural leaders. You ll be professional, calm under pressure and enjoy supporting others, as you help to deliver our high-quality summer activity programme to our students. What does it involve? Every year, from late June until mid- August, we welcome thousands of young students (aged 8-17) from different parts of the world. Our aim is to provide them with a fun and educational holiday experience, which includes English language classes and engaging activities and excursions. And that's where you come in We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic professional to support our Activity Leader Team, who in-turn provide our students with a wide range of activities and excursions. Activities range from sporting, drama, arts to quizzes, discos, fashion shows; the list goes on. Excursions involve leading groups to theme parks, city tours, historical sites etc. For the senior role, you must have experience of working in a summer school setting or similar. Contracts: Your contract is full-time (48 hours per week, over 6 days) for 5 weeks (approximately late June to mid August 2025) This is non-residential contract. This includes supervising and briefing them on their duties, procedures and any risk assessments involved in the activity session or excursion. Encouraging and supporting students to take-part in fun activities or events, while maintaining accurate registers and reporting feedback to Activities Managers Carry out mealtime and free-time supervision; on a rota basis Caring for the health, safety, and wellbeing of our Activity Leaders and student You must already have the right to work in the UK.
