Morgan's legal entities in relation to the FCA’s Client Asset (CASS) regulations. The Nutmeg CASS Oversight Associate role includes, the production of the monthly CMAR submissions, the review and performance of the daily client money reconciliation, the coordination of the annual external CASS audit and any other scheduled internal audits/compliance testing. The individual will also be required to supporting in the review of new business and product initiatives to ensure they align to the FCA’s CASS requirements.
