Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership to the Research & Innovation clinical teams across all research active hospitals in the MFT. Working with the Lead Research Nurse & Midwifery Manager for Research & Innovation, the post holder will support the work of Research & Innovation in delivering research to the highest standards. Provide effective clinical and professional leadership acting as a role model for all staff within Research & Innovation.
