Salt is working with a global leader in the beverage industry, seeking a freelance Process Analyst to drive digital transformation in the procurement and supply chain function.
You will have strong expertise in procurement and category management, and will map out and optimise procurement processes, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of current procedures. This is a mid-senior role, where you’ll recommend improvements to ensure processes are agile and efficient, particularly in an international context.
1. Hybrid working in London
2. £280 per day, inside IR35
3. 12-month contract
You will:
4. Complete process mapping to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, through data analysis, and stakeholder interviews
5. Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with global processes and strategic goals
6. Develop and propose new or modified processes, create detailed process maps, and facilitate implementation
7. Establish KPI’s, track and analyse performance data, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
8. Support change management by explaining process and system functionalities
You will need:
9. Proven experience in process analytics within procurement and change management
10. Extensive experience in process modelling, data analysis, and business process improvement
11. Exceptional stakeholder management skills
