Job Purpose: Supports change management execution of key enablement programmes, and wider commercial programmes by creating and executing against a strong chage framework, driving structured change interventions and owning the communications model for the commercial function. Principle Accountabilities: - Change Management: Executes the change framework across the full change lifecycle bringining in leading class methods and human centric approaches to change execution. This can be based on a globally recognised model (e.g. ADKAR) or a hybrid model with proven success. - Engagement: Identifies and defines dynamic engagement communication strategies to appropratiely communicate to the commercial organisation (and related stakeholders) working closesly with corporate communications and business representatives. Works with corporate communications to ensure messaging is delivered from approrptiate mechanisms across the business in a compelling manner - Communications: responsible for developing and owning the communications strategy within the function simplifying current practices, managing the vehicles of delivery, ensuring the quality, style, and tone of all communications, and overseeing the communication calendar and frequency. The goal is to ensure that messages are clearly understood and effectively applied within the field, driving engagement and alignment. - Coaching: Provides coaching support to management and executive management to drive adoption and land change initiatives, engagement or events. Essential Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Experience: - Previous development of effective change management and communication strategies for large scale initiatives or programs with measurable outcomes - Solid understanding of communications and engagement techniques to drive awareness and understanding across all stakeholder groups. - Excellent communication, relationship, facilitation and motivational skills. Related industry qualification is preferred in the change management competence - Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies - Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage projects from start to finish building in benchmarks and status updates - Knowledge of sales or commercial transformation or change impacting sales or customer facing organisation Behaviours : - Ability to build consensus and manage diverse, group-wide stakeholders through influence (not control) - Excellent Stakeholder Management and Impact at all levels - Strong execution focus and ability to manage ambiguity - Proven ability to consult independently and collaborate with and influence all levels of the organizations, particularly senior leaders Key Working Relationships: - Sales - Success Mgmt - Sales Operations - Transformation and Programmes - Corporate Communications - Vendors and Consultants AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
