My client is recruiting for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their Main Dealer Service Department in the Burnley area. An excellent opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join a high performing team. This role suits an Assistant Aftersales Manager seeking a long-term position. Will consider senior service advisors/workshop controllers looking to take the next step.

Role:
* This position will involve managing the front of house operation in a fast-paced working environment whilst working closely with the Aftersales Manager.
* You will be responsible for managing a team of well-performing Service Advisors whilst also being heavily involved in providing the highest standards of customer service to every customer.
Requirements:
* The right individual must have previous motor trade experience. We may consider someone from an independent garage who can show the knowledge, confidence, and driven manner.
* Have a steady work history.
* At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade/car/commercial dealership as a senior Service Advisor/Service Team Manager.
* Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential. Having experience with some sort of dealership system.
* Looking for a confident, friendly, and professional individual with a strong customer service background and the ability to display strong man management skills.
