Customer Service Team Leader

Based out of our head office in Sheffield, we are an internationally renowned organisation who deliver exceptional technical projects to clients across the world.
What you will be doing:
You will become a key part of our internet support team, leading a close-knit team, ensuring that you deliver on the agreed SLA's, KPI's and play a part in the team's success. You will run reviews and look to mentor the team through issues to ensure successful resolution, working with the team manager to become a key professional in the team makeup.
We need you to have:
* Service Desk / customer service experience
* Experience mentoring professionals in this space
* Live locally to Sheffield
* Happy to do the shifts
It's nice to have:
* Experience working in a telephony-based environment
* Experience working within a customer-facing position
