Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced Admin Assistant looking for a rewarding temporary role with the potential to become permanent?
Our client, a reputable care home in Ormskirk, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general administrative support to the care home team
2. Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
3. Assist with resident administration tasks, including admissions and discharges
4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
5. Liaise with external agencies and health care professionals
6. Support the care team with various administrative duties as required
Essential Requirements:
1. Previous experience working in a care home setting as an admin assistant
2. A valid DBS Certificate
3. Strong organisational and time management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
