The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT) Team is excited to recruit a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join the team on a permanent basis. Assistant practitioners are not registered nurses but have a high level of training in specific areas, and support the registered nurses in delivering high quality, person-centered care. Either a registered nurse or an Assistant Practitioner will be the patient’s named nurse.
We are a forward thinking and flexible team and we are looking to do things differently. We are looking for energised individuals who will be excited to be part of something very special. We want creativity, innovative ideas and passion towards providing excellent patient care. If you want to make a difference in people’s lives and change it for the better, then we want you to be part of our fantastic team!

1. Attending inpatient reviews
2. Completing relevant documentation such as clinical notes and risk assessments (under the supervision of a Registered Nurse)
3. Medication administration following completion of training and competency assessment
4. Involvement in change management projects such as quality improvement
You will support the Registered Nurses with the day to day activities and provide support to service users throughout their inpatient journey. You will be required to work across the 24 - 7 shift patterns.
Here at NSFT, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, talented, friendly and supportive team who like nothing better than sharing experiences and learning from each other.
