We have an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join us and support our team based at our Inchinnan office. In this role, The Tax Manager will work closely with business leaders and colleagues in the functions within the group, as well as colleagues throughout the business, to contribute to, and lead elements of, the smooth operation of the global corporate tax compliance function. We have a team of 21 professionals at Inchinnan This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that can be based onsite. Hybrid working opportunity available What will you do? - Manages own time on multiple tax assignments, working optimally with others within the UK tax team and communicating progress and results - Manages own portfolio of UK entities, reviews of disclosures and computations - Leads and monitors tax compliance and provision to returns in own portfolio of jurisdictions - Provides input into forecast of UK Group taxable profit by assigned legal entity for input into the Cash Tax Payments Forecast, communicating optimally with business leadership to improve access to outcomes, enabling decision making at Corporate level - Review of tax accounting quarterly packs prepared by local accountants for certain complex assigned entities - Provides reports to Management on status of Corporate Tax compliance - Runs or participates in project work on an ad hoc basis - Mentor and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
