What will you do? - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them. - Directly manage key customer accounts and projects, including Customer Care Agreements and training. - Support regional sales teams in growing and managing the installed base of Peter Brotherhood products. - Prepare quotations and proposals for Field Services, Customer Care Agreements (CCAs), Gearboxes, and combined scope bids. - Identify cross-selling opportunities and emerging markets to drive business growth. - Present sales and revenue forecasts as required and maintain CRM data accuracy. - Act as a problem-solver, bringing new ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and sales performance. Your Talent and Skills - Proven experience in sales of rotating equipment or services for the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries. - Demonstrated success in aftermarket sales and projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. - Experience managing international customer bases and understanding cultural differences. - Ability to drive the sales process from planning through to closing deals. - Strong project management skills with a customer-focused approach. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
