Our client, an established remediation contractor based in the North West, is seeking experienced Site Managers to join their growing team.
Due to expanding in other areas of the UK, the successful candidate will be required to mainly work away from home, reporting to the North West office when needed.
This is a permanent opportunity, salaried including company car or car allowance.

Requirements:
1. SMSTS
2. Driving licence
3. 1st Aid
4. Previous remediation experience is essential
5. Experience and comfortable client facing
6. Commercially aware
7. Computer literate
8. Management Systems aware ISO
9. Programme aware
10. Basic GPS knowledge
Duties:
1. Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and Contracts Manager
2. Supervising site staff and subcontractors
3. Ordering materials for each phase of the project
4. Monitoring build costs and project progress
5. Conducting quality and safety inspections
6. Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
7. Maintaining quality control checks
8. Motivating the workforce
9. Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
