Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in Berkshire on a hybrid basis. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting senior level stakeholders with a variety of tasks including diary management, raising POs, budget and travel management.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the diaries of the Head of Department - organising internal and external meetings potentially across multiple time zones.
2. Manage purchase orders, supplier contracts and invoices, tracking spend and liaising with Procurement and Legal to ensure compliance.
3. Provide project support to the wider team with sending communications, meeting invites and co-ordinating information.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Experience working in a global organisation supporting senior stakeholders and good knowledge of working with systems such as SAP.
2. Previous experience working in a Pharmaceutical company would be an advantage. Experience supporting a neurology department would be particularly advantageous.
3. Skills with Microsoft Office, good attention to detail and a strong communicator.
