Experience of project and client management of creative projects. Experience of producing a range of graphic design and creative content for both digital and offline channels and resources. Experience or equivalent knowledge of using the Adobe Creative suite to produce campaign materials, social media graphics, infographics and reports. Experience of developing creative ideas for campaigns, from conception to final execution. Experience of performing complex digital content production tasks, with minimal guidance. This could include animation, video editing, and advertising motion graphics. Experience of redeveloping and launching a new website, including both front-end and back-end design. Including managing a website. Experience or equivalent knowledge of using UX to develop an engaging user experience for websites. Ideally using the Mura content management system used across NHS Wales. Be self-sufficient and capable of organising their own workload to deliver the required output to sometimes tight timelines and with conflicting priorities. As part of a team, to adapt to changing priorities and focus on new priority areas. There is an expectation that the post holder offers some support and guidance to less experienced members of the team to ensure deadlines are met.
