Salary: 22,000 - 22,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* 6-12 months of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
* A proactive and customer-focused approach to IT support.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
* Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* A “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 IT support via helpdesk, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
* Manage and escalate support tickets as required.
* Document and maintain IT assets, including equipment setup and configuration.
* Ensure IT workspaces are functional and well-maintained.
* Travel to company sites when required to provide technical support.
* Assist with proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems.
* Support the wider IT team and contribute to higher-level IT support as your skills develop.
