We’re Hiring: Sales Enablement Manager – Remote (UK)

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive enablement strategy for a high-performing sales function. This role will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure sales professionals have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed. You’ll be joining and industry leader in the Telecommunications space boasting over 1,000 employees in the UK specialising in Networking, Cyber Security, Cloud & Telecommunications.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Sales Enablement Strategy & Execution
* Build and deliver a clear sales enablement strategy to support revenue growth.
* Identify knowledge gaps, refine sales processes, and drive best practice adoption across the team.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure messaging, content, and sales materials align with the buyer journey.
✅ Training & Development
* Own and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring quick and effective ramp-up.
* Design and deliver ongoing training for sales reps and account directors, both virtually and face-to-face.
* Provide 1:1 coaching to both high performers and those who need additional support.
* Create certification programs to validate knowledge and keep skills up to date.
✅ Content & Tools Management
* Develop and maintain a sales content library including sales decks, case studies, battle cards, and more.
* Drive adoption of key tools (CRM, sales enablement platforms, automation tools) to improve productivity.
* Provide the sales team with real-time insights and data to optimise outreach and conversion rates.
✅ Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement
* Track and analyse key performance metrics (win rates, deal velocity, pipeline health) to assess the impact of enablement initiatives.
* Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously refine training and content strategies.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving sales techniques to keep the organisation competitive.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, L&D or a similar role.
✔ Strong track record of developing and delivering successful enablement programs.
✔ Experience working at a Telecommunications / Network Managed Service Provider in a Sales Function.
✔ Excellent training, coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and educate.
✔ Highly collaborative, able to work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
✔ Analytical mindset, able to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
